Hello, I’m Dr. Allie

I’m a family chiropractor, certified breastfeeding specialist, and functional medicine practitioner and I specialize in transition states like like pregnancy, postpartum, and early days of life including childhood. I have incredible reverence for our body’s resilience and adaptability in these times and I’ve dedicated years of post graduate study to be able to support the specific challenges that show up during these ephemeral states in one’s life.

Aside from my specialization in women and children I am qualified to treat bodies of all ages and orientations, everyone is welcome in my office. I addition to traditional chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations I utilize a variety of tools from instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, low level laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, kinesiology taping, assisted stretching and focused rehab.

  • When I was pregnant, Allie offered me the best chiropractic care I’ve ever received (and I’ve received chiropractic care off and on for 18 years). The biggest difference between her and other practitioners is how much time she took to understand my story and what I needed. She very clearly cares about what she does and helping others to feel better. She offered insights into my pregnancy and future care for my baby, she massaged me (and oh wow did it feel amazing), she recorded me doing exercises that I could do from home to strengthen certain muscle groups. Then once my baby was born she did two separate house calls to check on me and my little one and offer support for the two of us. Allie is a fantastic practitioner and I’m so glad I found her!

  • Dr. Allie was so helpful and amazing with my 2 month old daughter. We were struggling with colic symptoms and trouble with breastfeeding, and Dr. Allie was able to provide extensive support. We saw results of less crying and easier feeding after just one visit. After two visits, my daughter was napping independently in her crib for over an hour, something that hadn’t happened in weeks!   • I can't say kind enough things about Dr. Allie, she truly is MAGIC. We saw her when my son had colic in the hopes she could help reduce some of his fussiness and irritability. Dr. Allie took her time to show me what I could do at home for him, made sure I was understanding what could be causing his irritability, and made sure we were getting the most out of our visits. She was very thorough in explaining that she might not be able to reduce all of his symptoms but she would do what she could to help. Within ONE visit my newborn was more relaxed, sleeping better, and seemed less irritable. Dr. Allie was calm, full of helpful information, and made me feel so comfortable in her office while helping out my little guy. She is also very affordable which was something I appreciated since never trying chiropractic care for my kids before. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care for their little one's!
