I’m Dr. Allie
and my job is to help you have a positive motherhood experience
About me
I’m a board certified chiropractic physician with additional postgraduate certifications including Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PPCES). I also have extensive training in pediatric adjusting, tongue tie assessment and feeding habilitation, and pelvic floor assessment and therapy.
My style
The way I practice is a mix of traditional chiropractic adjusting, mobilizations and stretching along with hands on manual therapy and other therapeutic modalities like ultrasound, cupping and gua sha. For most folks some kind of rehabilitative movement prescription is going to be part of our plan together and I always integrate nutritional advice as well. Your treatment plan is a big blend of all my passions and knowledge and is 100% customized to you or your baby.
I hope my work helps you nurture a sense of gratitute for what your body does for you every day.
